Terms of Service

Last updated October 5, 2026

Draft — pending legal review. This document describes how the service works today, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and may change.

These terms govern your use of DropLy (“the service”, “we”). By signing in you agree to them. The service is operated from Israel.

1. The service, and the beta

The service imports a product listing you choose, writes a store page for it with AI, prepares its pictures, lets you edit the page, and publishes it to your own Shopify store. It is an invite-only beta: it is provided free of charge for now, features can change or be withdrawn, and the service may be paused or ended. We will try to give notice before ending it, so you can download your data.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with a Google account and need an invite code to use the service.
  • You must be at least 18 and use the service for your business.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account; keep your Google account secure.

3. What you are responsible for

  • The products you sell and everything you publish: that descriptions, prices and pictures are accurate, that products are lawful and safe to sell where you sell them, and that you comply with consumer-protection, advertising and tax law.
  • Importing only listings you are entitled to use, and following the terms of the marketplaces you import from and of Shopify. The service uses public product catalogue data only, as you direct it, and does not keep a catalogue of its own.
  • Reviewing a store page before you publish it.

4. AI-generated content

  • Store text is written by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Check it, especially claims about materials, sizes, safety and compatibility.
  • Enhanced pictures are checked automatically against the original photograph, but the check can be wrong. Make sure every picture shows the product you are selling.
  • Reviews are samples. The reviews section is placeholder content, labelled as such. Replace it with genuine reviews or remove it. Never present sample reviews to shoppers as real.

5. Shopify

When you publish, the service creates or updates a product, a page and one page template in your Shopify store, and adds the page’s pictures and fonts to your store’s Files. It fills in the product’s “Cost per item” with the supplier cost at your store’s rate. It does not edit or delete anything else there. On our public app the page template is replaced by an optional theme app embed that you switch on yourself in your theme editor. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify’s terms. You can disconnect your shop at any time.

6. Fair use and limits

  • Each account has a daily spending allowance for AI and import work, and runs one import and one generation at a time. Do not try to get around these limits, for example with several accounts.
  • Do not use the service for anything unlawful, for products you may not sell, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to attack, overload, probe or copy the service.

7. Ownership

Your content, and the text and pictures generated for you, are yours to use, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to store and process them in order to run the service for you. The service itself, its software and its design are ours.

8. Other services

The service relies on others — among them Shopify, the marketplaces you import from, and AI providers. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. Deleting it removes your data as the Privacy Policy describes; it does not remove anything you published to Shopify. Pages published or updated since 24 September 2026 keep their pictures and fonts, which live in your Shopify Files; a page last published before then loses its pictures unless you publish it again first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or when the beta ends.

10. No warranty

The service is a beta and is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales, profits or data, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim — which, during the free beta, is nothing.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes and contact

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and material changes are announced in the app or by email before they apply. Questions: roeinissim@gmail.com.
